Our mission is to use those resources to develop people, create professionals, and give those entering the industry a stronger starting point — while giving restaurants a clear foundation to build from.

To make expectations clear, the fundamentals defined, and the transition into the industry less uncertain.

Because starting in restaurants shouldn't mean learning everything the hard way — for the people entering it or the people responsible for training them.
